Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Sparta collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use the Sparta platform, website, trading tools, alerts, wallet features, and related services.
Information We Collect
We may collect wallet addresses, device and browser data, usage information, search activity, referral data, support messages, notification preferences, and other information you submit through Sparta. If you create or import managed wallets, encrypted wallet material is stored on our servers so the feature can function.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate Sparta, secure accounts and sessions, provide portfolio and trading features, improve platform performance, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate product or support updates.
Wallets And Blockchain Activity
Blockchain activity is public by nature. Sparta may associate public on-chain activity with your Sparta usage where needed to provide services such as wallet management, AI trading, transfers, alerts, referrals, copy trading, and analytics.
Managed Wallets
If you use Sparta managed wallets, private keys are encrypted server-side before storage. You are responsible for backing up any private key shown to you during wallet creation. Sparta cannot recover a private key that is shown once and not saved by you.
Cookies And Similar Technologies
Sparta may use cookies, local storage, and similar tools to maintain sessions, remember preferences, improve reliability, and protect against fraud or misuse.
How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers, analytics providers, infrastructure partners, law enforcement, regulators, or other third parties where reasonably necessary to operate Sparta, protect users, enforce our terms, or comply with law. We do not sell your personal information for cash.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, dispute resolution, security, recordkeeping, and legal compliance. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the risks involved.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect data. No system is completely secure, and you acknowledge that use of internet and blockchain services involves risk.
Your Choices
You may stop using Sparta at any time. Depending on the data involved, you may also request access, correction, or deletion where applicable law grants those rights. Some information may still be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
International Use
Sparta may process information in multiple jurisdictions. By using Sparta, you understand that data may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data-protection rules than your home jurisdiction.
Children
Sparta is not intended for children. If you are not legally permitted to use digital-asset services in your jurisdiction, you must not use Sparta.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Sparta after an update means you accept the revised policy.
