Terms of Service

Last updated: March 28, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Sparta platform, website, interfaces, alerts, wallet tools, AI features, copy-trading features, analytics, and related services.

Eligibility

You may only use Sparta if you are legally permitted to use digital-asset services in your jurisdiction and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

No Financial Advice

Sparta provides software, analytics, automation, monitoring, and information tools only. Sparta does not provide investment, legal, tax, brokerage, fiduciary, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your trading and wallet decisions.

Wallet Responsibility

You are responsible for any wallet you connect, create, import, or use through Sparta. Transactions on blockchain networks are irreversible. Sparta is not responsible for losses caused by private-key loss, phishing, malware, user error, protocol failures, smart-contract bugs, or market movements.

Managed Wallet Features

If you use managed-wallet features, you acknowledge that Sparta stores encrypted wallet material to provide those services. You are responsible for backing up private keys and recovery information shown during wallet creation.

Platform Availability

Sparta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time without liability.

Fees

Your use of Sparta may involve platform fees, blockchain gas costs, trading fees, third-party protocol fees, or creator fees. You are responsible for all such charges associated with your activity. Separate fee disclosures may apply to specific features.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Do not use Sparta in violation of law, sanctions, or third-party rights.
  • Do not engage in fraud, market manipulation, or abusive trading behavior.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, exploit vulnerabilities, scrape protected systems, or disrupt service availability.
  • Do not upload malicious code, impersonate others, or misuse Sparta automation features.

Intellectual Property

Sparta and its branding, software, interfaces, and related materials are owned by Sparta or its licensors. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Sparta content or software.

Third-Party Services

Sparta may rely on blockchains, RPC providers, exchanges, liquidity venues, data providers, wallets, notifications, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for downtime, data inaccuracies, outages, hacks, pricing errors, or other failures caused by third parties.

Risk Disclosure

Digital assets are highly volatile and risky. Tokens may become illiquid, manipulated, rugged, frozen, or worthless. Automated and AI-assisted trading can increase the speed and magnitude of losses.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Sparta at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it is necessary for security, legal, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Disclaimers And Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparta disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. Sparta will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Sparta after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
